Our client is a Housing association managing nearly 4000 properties in the West and North West London area.They require an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to take over the management of a team of 7 Customer Service Officers. The existing post-holder is leaving the organization and the successful candidate will have the opportunity of at least a weeks handover period.You must have previous supervisory experience in a call-centre environment of simillar front-line service environment, ideally within social housing.
